The FLY With An Eye

Recently I played in "metal" ATC swap over at Viva Las Vegas FB groupies. Just love the way this turned out and thought I would share with you all. The stamp is from a plate by Mary Vogel Lozinak, the stamp itself is called "flying eye insect"! I am linking it in cuz I think everyone needs a little fun in your day, and this stamp makes me LOL! In fact, ALL of Mary's stamps are just amazing, check them out.

It's a piece of black metal, embossed and sanded, then stamped on glossy, colored with distress inks, then added the white pen highlights, and the bottle cap.

If you decide to purchase while at VLVS, please tell them I sent you!

hugs..........

I guess we can all find something to say about your wonderful color choice, about the texture in the background, and even about the composition...but, what really strikes me here is the humor of it! That trumps all, Gerrie! Well played, my friend...well played! This would be perfect for the Stampotique Designers' Challenge this week: a bit of humor! Come play with us!
