Skellie's Christmas Wish

This is week 2 of the Stampotique Designers Challenge, SDC 176, and I am having so much fun!  I remember my Mom teaching me this Christmas song and my Dad LOL.  It was easy to bring those memories to my art with the perfect stamps.  My tree may be a little lacking, but the spirit is there.

You'll notice she got all dressed up waiting for Santa!

I whitewashed the background and while wet, sprinkled on some fine glitter (which I don't think you can see); decorated the tree, and used distress markers to add my color.  This was such a fun project, I do hope you enjoy.  hugz....

Definitely the perfect song for Skellie! Love your whitewashed background here, Gerrie. And, your tree is just perfect for this card with its sweet ornaments. Thank you so much for participating in the Stampotique Designers' Challenge again this month

Gerrie, I just LOVE your Skellie Christmas card! :) I remember signing that song in kindergarten, when most of us 5yo's had front teeth missing :) Fabulous card!! XOXO-Shari
