Utee Challenge

On the Ask Suze Yahoo Group, there is a challenge to use the Moldn'Pour, make your mold, fill it with Utee, then cover it in color. I choose to make this face, and covered it in red Utee. I actually colored the regular stuff with red To Dye For additive...turned out pretty cool I think. I put a little rub and buff on the features to help make them stand out and added the little silver beads to the top of the head. OK, now...what do I do with it...I took a couple of pieces of plastic grocery bags and sandwiched some plastic mesh inbetween and heated it with the heat gun. It melted and smooshed pretty nice...then I sprayed it with gold paint. I took a chipboard heart, painted it with crackle paint, distressed it a bit and embellished it with bling and rub ons. Glued that to a piece of black cs that I sprayed with webbing and framed it. Happy Valentines Day for my DH! OK, 2 different group challenges for the month of January...I'm on a roll! Give it a try, see what you come up with. Thanks for stopping by...hugs, Gerrie
