...and the moon ran away with the spoon!

While I was at my LSS recently, she got in this great paper from daisy d's, that I looked at and said "party hats"! So, my cute little moon/spoon man, has a party hat on today. Isn't he the best! I hope he brings a little smile to your face! :>) Stamps are from Artful Illusions. I found this new group here that has a distressed challenge going and thought he'd fit in just fine. Techniques used are Fossilstone and Burnt Edges on this tag, both from the TJNL. smiles....
