This is another CB folder from the Asian line. Actually, you don't have to do a thing but use it! No special technique used. I embossed, sanded, added color to the water and Koi, added on some Rock Candy Stickles for the scales. The 1/2 circle is part of a stamp from the Red Pearl line I talked about yesterday. I am luvin' how everything just pops off the paper! hugz.....
