Spring Equinox

It's the Spring Equinox, the time the sun passes the Equator, making night and day of approximately equal length, all over the Earth, and that day is happening right here, right now on my blog! No glue, no velcro, no sticky dots, the egg will stand up all on it's own, try it! Here is a photo I took just a few minutes ago, egg is on my kitchen counter.

Happy Spring everyone!

Our clocks don't go forward until next weekend here in the UK, so I can't get my head around it being spring yet! :)

Gotta go get mine and see if it will work, although with the snow dusting we had yesterday is surely doesn't feel like spring!

Dang! I missed that...and I had no idea. Maybe I'll remember to try that at fall, or do I need to wait another year?
