Have a Lovely Easter Day

Wow...where has this week gone! I had so many plans for this week, then "work" got in the way! Oh well, it pays for the STUFF! I wish all of you a great Easter, I'm cookin'....but that's ok, the house will be filled with love!

I'm sharing this card for Easter cuz it reminds me of Spring, and a fresh new beginning. I can feel the wind and smell the flowers. (Actually here, I smell the orange blossoms.)

The stamp is from the Lovely Day plate, new release, at Artistic Outpost. I stamped on a piece of Distressed Glimmers tech from the TJNL, made with Wild Honey & Pumice Stone Distress Inks, sprayed with a goldish glimmer spray. I stippled in a couple of different blues for the sky after I decided what I was using it for. The flowers were colored in with various markers. The background papers are from the new Green at Heart Basic Grey pad I won at Scrap- Creations, provided by Hope Stamps Eternal, lucky me! Stop in and say hello to Rachel over there, she is a sweetie!

Today's post is for a couple of challenges, late...but not forgotten. I'm playing in the Easter Challenge at the Bloggers Challenge group and also at the Easter Going Grey Challenge at Scrap- Creations.

Enjoy your Easter, your family and whatever you do today, thanks for stoppin' in, and special jelly bean hugz, from me to you.................
