The Technique Junkie, Jun-July newsletter is up, and to celebrate the designers are sharing some ideas using this issue's layout for you to play along with. If you came from Evelyn's Blog you're in the right spot, if not you can head back to the TJ Blog to start at the beginning.
I've combined the Antiqued Glimmers from the December 2009 issue and the Scrunchie tech from the October 2007 issue. The image is from one of the newest releases from Artistic Outpost Bloom and Grow plate, and I stamped on w/c paper and used my water brush and w/c crayons for the color. I added the dots to her apron with my Jelly Roll pen and used Flowersoft on the wheelbarrow full of flowers. The Antiqued Glimmers piece was already in my stash, and I overstamped with a flower in Distress Marigold.
