Bloggers Challenge-School Days

I choose this dapper fella' from Paperbag Studios today for my theme, First Day of School, isn't he a trip!  Now....then..............then....now, how times have changed!  Thought I'd try something different and stamp him directly on the paper I choose....I like it.  He's framed in some nesties that I added the Wisped frames tech from the TJNL with.  The black frame looked too stark, so by adding white chalk ink while I wisped away....it got softer and now has the slight appearance of a chalkboard.  Hope all the kids get back to school safely and that they have a great year.  hugz till next time...........

Great idea with the white chalk on the edges, makes it all blend so well. And yes, it does look chalkboard like. Great card!

Great card, that image is precious and love how you stamped it directly on the paper-the whisped edges really do soften it and love the little button accent.

Yes...he's ready for school, reluctant or not! ;-) The wisped frame tech works so well with the whole piece, Gerrie!
