Play Date Cafe Challenge 41- HD Stamping

This week at the Play Date Cafe, the challenge is using red, white and yellow, inspiration is Italian-style.
Check out this new technique from the latest TJNL called Level Up!

I don't want to admit how many hours this took, as it is very addicting.  This started out as a tech called Pencil over Marker....then I looked at it colored and said OMGosh, this is just perfect for that new tech I just saw in the newsletter.

***Please note, there is NO grunge on this card! lol!!

At CHA I had the opportunity to take a class with Claudine Hellmuth, and these houses are part of her new, first release of stamps.  Not typically something the Queen would pick up, but I really enjoyed playing and learning her whimsical style.  These houses have a lot of appeal to me..... can't you just see Halloween, Christmas, Spring, Snow, etc.  I think I'll be having some fun with them.

You'll notice in the photo that you are seeing a few shadows.......that's an on purpose thing today, so you could see the various levels of this HD (high definition) card!   hugz...............

Love it - what a great idea to use the level up technique with this inspiration photo and those stamps! I know what you mean about picking up things that aren't your normal style though.... I can't resist some Papertrey every so often, and this set looks like it could be a contender. Very fun!
