Steampunk

I'm certain I lived one of my lives in this era, I enjoy it so.  This is a wall hanging, on chipboard, using the Silent Night tech from the current TJNL.

I placed a microscope slide on top of my stamped image.  Stamps are by Artistic Outpost, what else..... the Steampunk plate!  Tech was done on some old magazine ad.  I used a piece of TSS metal and one of their dies for the brown side piece, and 2 faux screw brads for the hanger.  Fun really easy tech with great results!  hugz.....

Okay...which era were you in? Steampunk? I just got the Graphic 45 8x8 pad and a couple of the 12x12 papers in that new line.

Love how you've used the slide...and the technique!

Lovely card! It reminds me of a photo I have of my Mum from years and years ago in Ireland, she dressed up like a man in those dapper clothes, FAB! Thanks for the fun memories!

Another super card, Gerrie. Maybe we knew each other in that life too. I just love the style or is it just that I love what you do with it!
