The Romance of Years Gone By

The newest release by Artistic Outpost is the romantic writer from another era.....Jane Austen.  As I leave the holidays today for another place, I'd like to share with you our newest images.

When I had a real office position, I had several fav cameo pieces of the years, and when I saw the cameo on this plate, I had to create something special.
I layered this up on a nestie, embossed the cameo, and thought is was just enough.  Very little work for a touch of elegance.

Of course Jane must have played piano in the music room for guests every evening.
Surely Jane would have lived in a country manor house similar to this.  The tall pines are from the recent Sleigh Ride release.

Jane's Countryside is Artistic Outpost's homage to Jane Austen, and the tortured romantic tales that she told in her timeless novels, such as Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, and Emma. This collection features Edwardian ladies dressed in their finery, original quotes from Jane herself, and a regal manor that could have served as the Austen family home.  Coordinating elements include a cameo, key, and a lacy ATC sized background.  Stamps are available in mounted and unmounted.

Fantabulous. Each piece is a work of art. Your ideas for these stamps are so "right on" as the kids would say. I love the cameo so much!
