Madd Hatter Play Time

My DH gets his hair cut at The Madd Hatter Men's Hair Salon here in town, today was Christmas haircut day.  I thought the gal that owns the shop might like some of my art for Christmas, so I played a bit and had a blast.  I thought I'd try my hand at a little Florida Hatter fun and came up with a few I'd like to show you.....the first is Hatter Goes Global.....

The next ones all incorporate ink and paint and fit into the current Ranger Double Up challenge, this is Hatter at The Beach......
...and Hatter Hails a Water Taxi.... (my fav)

Hatter Riding The Wave!  Along with the Ranger challenge, this also plays in this weeks Hel's challenge, music.

This is the first time I tried something like this....I smooshed on some Terra lightly on the cs, dried it, then added a couple different colors of Ranger dabbers, added various di and then stamped and colored the images.  Def will do this again, the bg's make themselves.....i.e. the wave above just happened!  I did have a problem taking my photos, in a hurry...you know, so they aren't as bright as they should be, but it's all I can do with them.

The Hatter stamps are from The Stamp Attack UK, aren't they adorable!
The barber loved them, and told DH she was gong to get them framed for the shop!  hugz..............

These are great, Gerrie! I really love the Hatter-Florida Style! I really like the beach scene and the water taxi the best, I think...I like all of them really.

That hair salon should frame them...complete with your autograph and blog addie showing!

And, I hope she threw in the haircut for free!

Way to go!

Have a Spectacular Christmas, my friend.
