The Strength and Power of a Woman

Over at the Stampsmith Challenge blog, it's "The Female of the Species", and my lady is overlooking the world!  I'm currently enrolled in a brayer on-line class, and was having a heck of a time blending the colors in correctly until I changed inks last evening.  The ink has to stay wet enuf to blend, and I just couldn't get my ink to stay wet until I tried an old Ranger product, Antiquities. I am so happy I realized I had a refill to make my own stamp pad.

and the acetate b'fly

Feels good to accomplish something this week, hugz

Hi Gerrie,

This is just beautiful! I love the look of the buildings of the world, and the writing...but that acetate butterfly is gorgeous!!!! I love how the wings are raised. The colors cling to it so nicely.

(I wish I knew some brayer tricks and tips. I don't know how to clean mine...so I have never used it!)

Are you still taking that scene class, too? Would love to see more of those cards, too!

Show us every piece, please! :)

He IS Able,
Traci S.

BTW, are you going to the Royal wedding, considering Your Royal Title and all?

Awesome card. Love the artistic look. The butterfly is a great idea. Too bad butterflies don't come in much larger sizes to cover mine.
