FUN New Artistic Outpost Releases

You're going to love the latest from Artistic Outpost!!

Designed as background and embellishment images, this collection features whimsical frames sized perfectly for cards and ATCs as well as unique scrollwork, pennants in two sizes, and other whimsical bits.
From Mark Twain to Winnie the Pooh to Bob Marley, this collection of unique sayings and sentiments includes our favorite quotes from some of our favorite artists and characters.

Featuring vintage images of children reading, this collection provides focal images of something we wish our kids would do more of....slowing down, being quiet, and enjoying a good book. Images are designed with our other background collections in mind, such as Ephemeral Backgrounds and Whimsical Melange.

Today I'm featuring Whimsical Melange and Typography along with a few other Artistic Outpost goodies.  Both these plates lend themselves so well with many of our other great stamps.

Talk about fun!  I used a lot of distress inks, cutting the rulers to make my background.  I love those crazy circles and pennants, don't  you!  I added both Haunted Halloween and Vintage Halloween stamps to this piece.
On my textured, sanded and sprayed bg, I used one of the many sayings included in the new Typography set, along with a piece from the Apothecary.  You'll love the sayings in this new set, it too mixes so well with all the wonderful Artistic Outpost images.

Be sure to stop by and visit our Design Team Members Blogs for inspiration using these new plates:

Lisa Somerville  * Judy Hayes * Lynn Stevens * Barbara Washington * Stephanie Severin * Suzanne Czosek * Louise Granlund

I'll be back again tomorrow to show  you other projects I've made.  Thanks so much for stoppin' by.......hugs

Hey GF!

I LOVE this first card. There is so much to see. There is something different everywhere. I love the use of the crow and the butterfly...the pennants are awesome...and I really love that clock! I've been looking for a stamp with different types of clocks!

The second card has a wonderful job of distressing. I love the texture/background in this card. It is beautiful. The pen looks like it is actually standing upright as if it is writing!

Miss you!
