Embossed Frame

Going postal today, I made this frame for one of my Granddaughters for her birthday this month. It's a 10x10 frame, I covered with Ten Seconds Studio black metal, using embossing folders. The backside is filled so it won't crush, then sanded. I think she will love it! Now I need one for me, lol. I stuck the blue paper in the opening just for the photo...it will of course, hold a photo of her choice.  I'm going to make a small birthday card to fit in the opening before I ship it off today.

We are painting the inside of the house, hoping to get all my switchplates done to look like this one.  This is bronze metal.

What a fabulous lightswitch and a stunning way to make such an ordinary household item unique.
