A Very Bad Hair Day!

Over at Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog, SDC 131, it's "Stars Take 2". I have not made my Stars 130 yet, but hope to get it done soon. I saw so many great enteries for the first challenge, that I had to jump right in. I am finally starting to feel better....not 100%, but enough to do something other than rest, and that's a good thing. Thanks for all the well wishes, you gals are great.

I don't think I would have the nerve to post this tag to any other group, other than Stampotique, so thanks for making me feel that comfy!

Now you can see why it's a bad hair day!  Ready for a funny, it was my oldest son's 8th birthday, he was outside playing, waiting for his party to start, and he came in crying, really howling....mom, a bird pooped on my head, wha, wha, wha!  So what does a mother say, oh honey, don't worry, that little bird knew it was  your birthday and left you a present!  We both LOL, and he was good with it!!

I had so much fun making this challenge.  Stars and more stars, stars in my eyes even!  lol  I even used a piece of home made washi tape, with stars of course!

Told ya' I was starting to feel better!  hugz.....

Fabulous, bold and bright... I love the funky stars, and the hilarious bird on head scenario. I was always told it was lucky - was that a lie too?!

Gerrie I just love that story! So funny and actually, in a strange way it is an adorable story, the way you made your son feel special on his day.
Fabulously funky tag, special in its own way but all the more special for the story attached to it.

Oh, Gerrie! This is just so darn funny! I love art. I love humor. But, I really like humor in art! This will be a "forever reminder" to you son...and a good lesson to be learned through adding just a dose of humor to defuse an unhappy moment! Go, Mom! Thanks so much for participating in the Stampotique Designers’ star challenge this month!
