Stampotique challenge 191 is Circles at the Designers Challenge this week. I really learned a lot working with this challenge. First, altho I may walk around in circles most every day.....I don't use circles in my art! This is something that really needs to change as I have seen some of the most beautiful and unusual art right here at this challenge, I need to incorporate more in my work! OK, now if I can only remember...lol
So, I have made small circles....need to work on sizes.
I just got some of Dyan's paints and thought I should try some today. I choose to work on some clay covered card stock, big mistake! BUT, not giving up...I used a wipe and smeared out the middle and was left with a mess. Figured I had nothing to loose, so I inked up Boots and went to town. No masking, no fussy cutting here. I looked at the paint colors and said to me-self....those look just like distress ink colors, pulled them out and blended them into the paint! Happy Experiment for sure!! I love how the colors blend and look so great together.
Happy ending to a happy project!
(I used Dyan's Bubble gum pink and Vibrant turquoise which blend with Tim's Picked raspberry and Broken china inks)

Love the colors - they go very well together. But what I really like are Mr. Rabbits red boots! Silly Wabbit!
