Bloom & Grow

At the Fun with ATC's challenge it's Flowers on your ATC. I choose to use this great stamp from Artistic Outpost's Bloom and Grow plate.

I wanted to play around with some crepe paper I just picked up, so I cut crepe papers flowers using my Nestie flowers die. What I was trying to achieve was dimension. I sprayed them with colorwash and when dry, I stamped each of the marigolds on them. I then mixed some of Claudine's yellow paint with some of her Perfect Medium and painted the base flower. I smooshed the crepe flower into the paint/PM stuff and crunched up the flower a bit for dimension. I waited for that layer to dry, and then did it again. Finished the flower off with a scrap piece of TSS metal in the middle and added some color into the background. I put my ATC onto a piece of Sanded Core'dination's, a tech from the TJNL, and finished my card.
