This week at Lindas Studio 3, our CCC challenge is Scribble, Stain, Distress, and this challenge was a challenge indeed! I still don't know if I'd ever use it, but you just never know.
I decided, after several trys, to use use blues, and stayed with the blue theme. The stamp is one I picked up 2nd hand, thought it had some artsy feel to it....in other words...it was different!
I'm having some vision problems and can't see very well right now. When I worked on this, I sure thought it was centered, and straight too, but after I took the photo today....it's not either! lol, glory in these golden years!

There are no mistakes in art and that is my story and I am sticking to it! Since my eyes have always had problems, I am so not looking forward to the extra wear and tear! I had a challenge with the scribbling, but I think your tag turned out fabulous! Love that sentiment! Rest your eyes!
Looks terrific to me Gerrie and love the whole feel of your tag. Happy New Year. Annette x
the image is very cool! love the colors you used on it.
I think the image is exactly as it should be, it is not mde for geometric straight lines ... there is nothing wrong with your vision ... the tag is beautiful, love the colours.

Hi Gerrie~
I think this is awesome! I love the image...and I have given up on
trying to center everything. Maybe that would be a freeing way of thinking for you!
Gorgeous piece of art, my friend!
Happy New Year!
Love the soft effect and the image. Beautiful! Hope your vision gets better.
So cool! This is amazing!
Happy New Year, girlfriend! LOVE those blue tones and that awesome stamp, and your scribble stain distress is spectacular! I really like the subtle pattern in the background, too.
I can totally relate to the vision thing, and finally admitted to myself that I need to up the strength of my reading glasses. Neat-o! But, I could never center anything, anyway...
;-)
Beautiful image for the blue tones background. I think she's perfect off center.
